Hourly Scheduling can provide workload balancing for individual trades personal. Sockeye will automatically assign each work order's start time based on the scheduled employee's work periods and scheduled hours. However, the flexibility to manually override the auto assignment  or not utilize the hourly section is still available.

• Specific times can be removed and schedule to the day by making a separate Availability Pattern and removing the 'Start Time' field from the Display.
• When Start Time hours are grey this identifies they have been manually changed in Sockeye.
