Sockeye is excited to work with you and your maintenance team. We can have you testing and scheduling in Sockeye with your own data in a little over a week.

Quick-Start

Getting Started
We will walk you through these initial details and populate many requirements during our introduction call and we learn more about your business. A statement of work and plan will be provided outlining the details.


Setup


  • Copy of a current maintenance weekly schedule
  • Locations
  • Day of the week maintenance schedule starts (ie Monday to Friday) 
  • Teams
  • Fields identify to these teams

Resource 


These details will pull the Available Resources for crafts and employee levels.

Employee details:

  • work schedule
  • ID or Code
  • Craft
  • Team
  • Supervisor 
  • Planner
     

Work Order & Backlog 


Usually this is an excel data pull from your CMMS. We will setup Sockeye with an excel import to allow testing and training. This will give us the opportunity to make changes or additions prior to integrating.

Work Order & Backlog details:

  • Work order number
  • Work order description
  • Work order status
  • Craft
  • Estimated number of trades required
  • Number of hours to perform work
  • Work order category (preventive, corrective, breakdown, etc.)
  • Other, any other fields that may be used to help assign work such as equipment number and or hours, job type, material status.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or Metrics


This is setup after we have identified which fields  are being pulled into Sockeye and we have started building schedules.
  • Identify which Scheduling KPI's meet your business needs
  • KPI percentage ranges
  • Identify CMMS fields associated to KPI

Integration


Details of your current business best practices and systems in place will help us to provide details to integrate.
  • Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
    • on-premise or cloud-based
    • If on-premise identify the database running on (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
    • on-premise or cloud-based
    • If on-premise identify the database running on (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
  • Identify the Sockeye Connector
    • Option 1: Hosted Connector
    • Option 2: On-Premise Connector
